At Nexus Perfumez, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be mostly unused (up to 1% test use is allowed)
The product must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items used beyond the 1% test limit

Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds & Exchanges
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10-12 business days
Exchanges are only for defective or damaged items
